£28,000-£30,000 base salary

You'll receive:
Classroom and desk-based training

Support from experienced consultants, managers and directorsThe Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
During your first year, you will:
Source, screen and interview candidates for temporary and permanent education roles
Write and market professional candidate CV profiles
Match candidates to school vacancies
Work closely with experienced sales consultants
Manage candidate relationships and placements
Work towards weekly KPIs and targets
Earn commission throughout your progressionCareer Progression & Development
After your first year, you'll move onto your own sales desk with advanced training in:
Business Development
Account Management
Margin Negotiation
Client Visits & Impact Training
Safeguarding in Education
Managing Difficult Conversations
Time Management & Customer ServiceMany of our Managers and Directors started as Trainee Consultants, and Impact Academy graduates regularly achieve top-10 consultant status within their first year in sales.
