The Role
As a Line Leader, you'll take ownership of the production line, leading a team to meet targets while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands‑on role where your leadership will directly impact performance and team success.
Shift Details
06:00 - 14:00
12.71 to 14.21 per hour – once training has been completed successfully (you will be required to begin as a line operative).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and support your team.
* Drive production to meet daily targets and product specifications.
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, hygiene, and quality.
* Complete accurate records and paperwork using IT/WMS systems.
* Support audits and compliance checks.
* Train and develop new team members.
* Act as a role model for best practices on the shop floor.
* Work alongside your team, hands‑on, when needed.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
* Proactive "can‑do" attitude.
* Strong communication and motivational skills.
* Basic IT skills.
* Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role.
