Balfour Beatty have a new and exciting opportunity for a Technical Training Administrator to join our Enabling Functions Business Unit. This is a hybrid role, which will include a minimum of 3 days working from our office in Redhill, and some home working. Role Purpose: Scanning and distribution of all cards and certification to projects as required and general administration duties Publication of fortnightly training and competence reports to SharePoint Management of starters and leavers on the Sentinel system Produce Track Visitor Permits via the Sentinel system as required Update Sentinel system with mentoring completion and other notifications as required Perform reconciliation of training and assessment packs in preparation for compliance checks Learn to follow the end to end booking process for technical training bookings including raising purchase orders and acknowledging receipt of training and assessments Systemisation into Oracle R12 to ensure course information including financial information and delegate competencies are updated to allow accurate reporting across the whole of BB What you'll be doing Day to day, your key areas of responsibility will include: - To perform accurate and prompt administration, general clerical tasks in professional and efficient manner.
