Fencing Fife Ltd is a fast-growing fencing contractor delivering high-quality domestic and commercial installations across Fife. Due to continued expansion and increasing demand, the company is seeking an experienced Lead Fencing Installer to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled installer ready to take responsibility, lead jobs, and be part of a company building for the long term.
Key Responsibilities
* Install domestic and commercial fencing to a high standard
* Install composite decking and fencing systems
* Lead installations from start to finish
* Work independently and manage on-site workflow
* Communicate professionally with customers
* Maintain excellent standards of safety and workmanship
* Support and mentor other installers when required
Requirements
* Proven experience in fencing installation (essential)
* Experience with decking installations (preferred)
* Ability to work unsupervised and manage projects independently
* Strong leadership skills or previous experience leading small xsngvjr teams
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Full UK driving licence
