Wave Recruitment is working in partnership with a pioneering engineering business to find a PA to support their Managing Director and broader leadership team.
This is a unique opportunity for a personal assistant who would enjoy being in a cutting-edge technology-led environment. The role offers a mix of executive support, diary management, office coordination and communication tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
* Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel, visas, and accommodation.
* Monitor, screen, and handle incoming calls, emails, and post professionally and confidentially.
* Prepare meeting materials: documents, briefing notes, reports, and presentations.
* Conduct background research and summarise findings concisely.
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams on behalf of the MD.
* Maintain efficient office systems including digital filing and data management.
* Coordinate and attend meetings, taking notes and ensuring the MD is well-prepared.
* Handle business expenditure: reconcile credit cards, process expenses, manage petty cash.
* Provide key payroll information to the company’s third-party accountant, including updates on new starters, leavers, and changes.
* Order and replenish office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Support occasional HR and administrative tasks, including onboarding and record maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager role.
* High attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
* Strong written and verbal communication.
* Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
* Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with R&D or engineering environments would be a plus.
