What the Job Involves As the Team Manager, you will oversee the Youth Justice and Targeted Prevention Service to prevent offending and re-offending by children and young people. You will be responsible for staff management, ensuring compliance with national standards, and representing the Service Manager at meetings. You will also develop services, policies, and procedures, manage resources effectively, and contribute to corporate accountabilities.
