Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3–5.
* Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities that promote early development.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to ensure every child thrives.
* Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Observe and record children’s progress, contributing to assessments and reports.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
* Experience working with children in an EYFS setting (school or nursery).
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A caring, patient, and proactive approach.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years or Teaching Assistance) desirable.
