Our client, a leading technology and consulting business, is seeking an exceptional Partner to lead their Data & AI Practice. This is a pivotal, high-profile role for a commercially astute leader who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to shape, sell, and deliver transformative AI-driven consulting solutions.
The Opportunity
As Partner, you will define and drive the growth of the firm’s Data & AI strategy — building innovative offerings, strengthening client relationships, and leading delivery excellence across sectors including Defence, Energy, and wider Public and Private sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and scale the Data & AI consulting practice, shaping its vision, propositions, and go-to-market strategy.
* Design next-generation AI architectures and oversee delivery of cutting-edge, data-driven solutions.
* Drive business growth through trusted client relationships, thought leadership, and consultative selling.
* Collaborate across practices to develop integrated technology and data offerings.
* Inspire and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Skills & Experience
* Hands-on technical background with deep understanding of modern data and AI architectures
* Proven track record in consulting sales – able to shape deals, influence C-suite clients, and deliver measurable value.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link technology to business outcomes.
* Recognised thought leader with a passion for advancing next-generation AI solutions.
* Experience designing and launching new service offerings in the Data & AI domain.
* SC Clearance (or clear potential to achieve it).
* Sector experience within Defence and/or Energy is highly desirable.
