Part Time Finance Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing various accounting tasks
This role would suit an experienced and reliable finance assistant, who has a flexible approach to work and a positive attitude.
The Role:
* Credit Control
* Setting up and processing weekly/monthly supplier payment runs
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Dealing with supplier queries/ Liaising with Suppliers
* Checking Supplier statements/ reconciliations
* Ensuring customer details are maintained and setting up supplier accounts
* Processing of Credit Card Statements
* Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing, scanning, correspondence, and other admin tasks as needed
The Candidate
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Microsoft Word
* Excel
* Outlook
* Sage accounts - experience of Sage Line 50 Accounts an advantage

* 2 days per week
