They analyse client needs, develop people and organisation strategies. These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational in employment law, tax and payroll at PwC will specialise in providing comprehensive legal and financial consulting services related to human resources. You will work closely with clients to confirm compliance with employment law and tax requirements. You will be responsible for providing guidance on employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll taxes, and help organisations mitigate legal risks, optimise tax strategies, and confirm compliance with regulations to support effective human resource management.
About the role:
This role leads the implementation of PwC's Global Payroll Platform (GPP) for high-profile clients as part of our managed payroll service. You'll be the main client contact, working with local payroll teams to understand multi-country payroll processes, gather requirements, and coordinate internal teams to set up the GPP and local payroll software. Payroll knowledge is beneficial, and you'll collaborate closely with in-country payroll specialists and GPP experts to ensure successful delivery.
What your days will look like:
1. Lead end-to-end implementation of PwC's Global Payroll Platform (GPP)
2. Act as the main client contact during onboarding
3. Manage project timelines and capture business requirements
4. Coordinate with local payroll and technology teams
This role is for you if:
5. Strong project management and organisational skills
6. Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
7. Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
8. Technical aptitude or willingness to learn complex platforms
9. Experience managing stakeholders and mentoring others
10. CIPP/CPP qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
