Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system to maintain detailed and accurate records. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share insights on customer needs. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Contribute feedback on customer experiences to help refine service strategies and improve overall satisfaction. Requirements Fluent in Japanese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required. Strong communication and customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the automotive industry, is advantageous. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools. A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about automotive products and trends.
