Extraordinary People, Extraordinary Lives
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for social care and a drive to lead transformative change? The Wilf Ward Family Trust is on an ambitious journey, and we're looking for an inspiring Regional Operations Lead to join us.
As part of our leadership team, you'll help deliver our bold vision: empowering individuals to live rich, independent lives, supported by a confident and skilled workforce. This is your chance to shape how care is delivered across Yorkshire—driving innovation, leading digital transformation, and ensuring our services exceed regulatory expectations.
The role will include holding registered manager status for four residential services (across Pickering, Whitby & Filey) and overseeing a number of direct reports responsible for day-to-day management within the services via respective staff teams.
In this role, you will:
* Inspire and lead service teams with a strong culture of accountability and support
* Develop and expand our presence across the region
* Drive data-informed improvements and digital-first approaches
* Collaborate across teams to align strategy and service delivery
We're looking for someone who:
* Holds (or is working toward) a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
* Has strong experience supporting people with disabilities and/or autism
* Knows the care sector inside-out, from compliance and contracts to innovation and community connection
* Thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to balance long-term vision with day-to-day delivery
Due to the nature of this role, having a full UK driving licence is essential.

The Wilf Ward Family Trust is committed to safeguarding within all practices.
