Hourly Rate of Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour

For this vacancy, you will undergo a level 2 Apprenticeship in Horticulture and Landscapes over 24 months. As a Grounds Maintenance Apprentice, you will be responsible for maintaining our customers' sites, including:
* Using mowers, strimmers, leaf blowers, hedge cutters, and other tools
* Controlling weeds through chemical treatment (when qualified)
* Delivering winter services, including gritting and snow clearance
* Using our scheduling and reporting app to record work
* Leaving work areas clean and well-maintained
* Following Health & Safety procedures
* Learning sustainable working practices
* Providing management with relevant information and reports, including site issues
* Working as part of a team
What we are looking for:
* An interest and passion for horticulture and landscaping
* Enjoy problem-solving and practical work
* Commitment to learning and completing studies
* Willing to work with mechanical equipment and hand tools (training provided)
* Maths and English Level 4-9 or equivalent/Scottish National 5 certificates (must provide certificates at interview)
