We are expanding our business and we are welcoming new members in our team. We want to get in touch if you are a compassionate Healthcare Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients in their own homes. This position requires traveling in the High Peak area so I driving license and access to own car is mandatory.

Duties

* Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Monitor and report any changes in patients' conditions or behaviors to the appropriate healthcare staff.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Document patient care activities accurately using our app.
* Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.
