Primary Teacher Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary Key Stage 1 and 2 national curriculum Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to ensure pupil progress Differentiate instruction to cater to various learning styles and abilities Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment Monitor and report on student performance Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents Promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities Participate in staff training and continuous professional development Follow all school safeguarding policies and procedures Requirements for the Role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification Experience teaching in UK primary schools is essential Strong knowledge of the national curriculum Excellent communication and classroom management skills Commitment to supporting and inspiring young learners Up-to-date CV and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one Why Join GSL Education?
