Join Our Team as a Compassionate SEN Teacher!

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement personalised education plans that cater to the individual needs and abilities of students with SEN, ensuring access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
2. Collaborate closely with parents, carers, and external professionals to create a cohesive support network that promotes the holistic development and well-being of students.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued, respected, and supported in reaching their full potential.
4. Adapt teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and sensory needs, promoting meaningful engagement and participation.
5. Monitor student progress and assess learning outcomes, providing regular feedback, assessments, and reports to track individual achievements and areas for growth.
Requirements
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
7. Specialisation in SEN or additional qualifications in special education is preferred.
8. Previous experience working with students with SEN and a genuine passion for supporting their educational and emotional needs.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
