Transport Debrief Administrator
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 05:45 AM – 14:45 PM (Saturday finish at 11:00 AM)
Pay: £12.69ph
Pertemps Milton Keynes branch are currently recruiting for a Transport Debrief Administrator to join our clients team. This will initially be on a temporry basis until Christmas, however has the possibilty to be extended beyond Christmas for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
o Act as the main point of contact for drivers and customers, resolving issues as they arise
o Complete driver debrief
o Liaise with warehouse and day teams
o Handle administrative tasks as directed by your manager
o Escalate vehicle accidents, defects, or fleet issues to senior management
o Report directly to the Transport Manager
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication skills .
* Strong organisation skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Outlook
* Previous experience within a transport department and similar role.
