Customer Service Advisor – Exeter (EX5) – 8:30-17:00 (Monday – Friday) - £25,000 Benefits (24 days holiday Bank Holidays, Free parking, Cycle to work scheme more) Elite Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for one of our clients, who are a leading manufacturer in their field, based in Exeter (EX5). This permanent role will join their office team which is office based and working 08:30-17:00 Monday – Friday. Why this role? Location: Exeter (EX5) Key Responsibilities - Customer liaison – answering phone calls and emails from customers, including any complaints, and updating customer records with this information. - Internal Liaison – Including with sales team, warehouse and external distribution companies. - General administrative tasks including but not limited to order processing, and invoice issuance.
