Overview

Molton Brown, founded in 1971 in London, is a leading global brand in Kao’s cosmetics portfolio. The company is renowned for signature fragrances, bath and body products, and luxury care items. This is a temporary Christmas opportunity at the Bridgend store.


What You Will Do

As the face of the brand, you will provide excellent customer service and possess detailed product knowledge. You will engage customers with a personalized selling approach, guiding them through the customer journey and offering sensorial experiences such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages. You will also assist the team with general store tasks, including stock management, cleaning and replenishment.


What We Are Looking For

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience. You should have excellent communication skills, confidence, a positive can-do attitude, and maintain high personal grooming standards. You should have a passion for luxury and align with our brand values. The role requires teamwork, drive to achieve store and personal KPIs, and flexibility to meet business needs.
