Your new role
1. Accurately posting and allocating daily bank receipts
2. Investigating and resolving unallocated payments
3. Performing bank reconciliations
4. Assisting with monthly billing
5. Processing invoices and credit notes
6. Supporting with monthly customer statements
7. Ledger management
8. Opening new customer accounts
9. Updating and maintaining customer master data
10. Supporting general administrative tasks as needed
What you'll need to succeed
11. UK experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control within a business-to-business environment
12. Experience using finance systems
13. Strong Excel skills including V-LOOKUPs and pivot tables
14. High level of numerical accuracy
15. A proactive and organised approach to work
16. Strongmunication skills and stakeholder management
17. Amitment to continuous improvement and professional development
