Behaviour Manager - Secondary School | March 2026 Start Location: Weston Super Mare Contract: Full-time, Long Term (potential to become permanent) Salary: Dependent on Experience An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed and proactive Behaviour Manager to join a welcoming and well‑supported secondary school in Weston Super Mare - North Somerset. You will support students with challenging, emotional, and social needs, providing guidance and intervention to help them overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.
