Requirements: A degree in Early childhood studies/education. GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths. Experience working with young children. Strong communication skills. Have patience and empathy. Responsibilities: You must be able to communicate with the parents. You need to be creative and enthusiastic. Be able to plan activities/lessons for difference stages of learning. Have observational and assessment skills. Be able to work as part as a team.
