The Role
You'll be responsible for setting, programming and operating CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality timber products.
Duties will include:
* Programming and operating 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery
* Machine setup and tooling changes
* Reading technical drawings and specifications
* Quality checking finished products
* Identifying and resolving machining issues
* Maximising machine efficiency and minimising downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
* Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
* CNC programming, setting and operating experience
* Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis machinery
* Manufacturing, woodworking, joinery, furniture or timber experience
* Strong attention to detail
* A proactive approach to quality and efficiency
Experience with Xilog Plus or X-Door software would be advantageous but is not essential.
