* £40,000 per annum plus £8,000 to £10,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef…
* Supporting the Executive Head Chef in overseeing all aspects of the kitchen
* Leading and developing the brigade to maintain world-class standards
* Ensuring precision and consistency in every dish served
* Contributing to menu development and upholding the restaurant's culinary vision
* Managing stock control, kitchen organisation, and food safety compliance
