Job Title: Science Teacher (GCSE level)

Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025
Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and engaging individual for this permanent role. The ideal candidate should enjoy teaching biology, chemistry, or physics, and sharing their passion for the subject with students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and effective biology, physics, or chemistry lessons in line with the national curriculum.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Create a positive and inclusive environment inside and outside of the classroom.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching strategies.
5. Participate in school activities and events.
6. Build positive relations with each class to encourage engagement.
7. Communicate with parents about behaviour when necessary and during parent evenings.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching sciences at the secondary level.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and motivate students.
* A commitment to continuous professional development.
