Associate - Structural Engineering
Opportunity to join a growing SME as they continue to develop their excellent and distinctive C&S consulting engineering practice in the UK, based in their Bristol office:
Opportunity to join as a leader, just below the owner directors and contribute as a full 360 degree consulting engineer
Relatively young practice (more than 10 years old), with a high-quality blend of people who have joined from larger practices and SMEs

The Bristol office is located west of the city centre and is easy to access by bus, bike or car, with facilities for cyclists and free on site car parking. Very accessible from the M5, for anyone travelling in by car along M5/ M4
Competitive starting salary of £60,000- £75,000 per annum plus benefits
Your credentials:
You'll have developed to Principal/ Associate grade with a consulting engineering firm in the UK, including (to lesser and greater extents):
Mentoring and management
Work winning
Concept design
Owning client relationships and developing these
Confident communicator, liaising with all stakeholders
Promoting technical excellence and innovation
Business operations, financial performance of projects, managing WIP, resource planning
Desire to contribute to strategy and business improvement
Open, authentic person who communicates well and wants to play a major part
