Johnson Controls are now seeking an individual with at least 3 years' experience in Procurement, who is keen to develop their career in a fast paced, challenging but, ultimately rewarding environment.
What you will do
Johnson Controls rely on authorised and approved Suppliers and Subcontractors to carry out installation and service works for our customers on complex high value projects within the Land Based Security Division. You will work closely with the Procurement Manager and key stakeholders, understanding spend requirements and negotiating prices, and maintaining commercial and contractual interactions with external subcontracting companies.
You will be responsible for implementing and supporting the creation of Key supplier and subcontractor partnership business plans based on internal requirements, supply market analysis and cost models.
How you will do it
* Support the Procurement Manager to create and implement sourcing plans.
* Manage tender processes and provide pre-bid support for key projects.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure procurement strategies align with business needs.
* Drive cost savings and efficiencies through effective contract negotiations and supplier management.
* Supplier and Subcontractor K.P.I and S.L.A Management.
* Relationship management and post-contract value creation.
* Conduct supplier performance reviews and maintain relationships to ensure continuous improvement and driving innovation.
* Creating and updating pipeline activity and tracking delivery against plans.
* Managing supplier and subcontractor accounts including subcontractor on boarding, evaluations and audits.
* Delivering the procurement and management of supplier and subcontract tender packages.

* Experience in MS Office and Procurement processes including eProcurement suites.
* Ideally CIPS qualified/part-qualified
