Our Resourcers will enter RedRock to join our Major Accounts Team; a team of hungry & driven employees, all progressing working to serve our clients workforce solutions requirements. Working with huge clients including government bodies and household names, you will be supporting a busy desk, working on multiple roles at once to provide the exceptional service that our clients have come to expect from RedRock.

What you’ll be doing:
* Interacting with potential job seekers both on the telephone and face to face
* Searching through job boards to identify suitable applicants
* Building relationships with potential candidates to become and expert in your field
* Researching companies to select specific individuals for niche requirements
* Using the in-house CRM system to keep track of interview and progress with client requirement
* Finding leads for new business
