The successful candidate will also develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties, preparing client packs and paperwork prior to/after meetings, and obtaining specific policy information from product providers and third parties via email, telephone, and online.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to prepare and maintain client financial plans using IO and PFP software, understand cashflow analysis and financial planning advice to clients, and complete and audit Portfolio Reviews, New Business Submission, and Post Sales Tasks.
Proactive and engaged approach, proficiency in using Microsoft Office and online Platforms are also desirable.
Requirements:
* Minimum of two years' experience in the financial services industry with an IFA or wealth management company.
* Strong understanding of financial concepts and products.
* Desirable experience using Intelligent Office.
