Communication Manager
As the Communication Manager, you will manage communication resources to ensure the delivery of change communications. You will define and tell a compelling story about what change is needed, why, and how it supports business success. Producing engaging and innovative integrated communications that meet business and network requirements.
This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office. The successful candidate will be expected to be in the office 2 days a week, with the option to work from home the remaining days.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Act as SME for all key change initiatives (regulatory and business).
* Manage resources (people, technical, agencies) to deliver communications according to requirements.
* Oversee, deliver, and measure audience engagement to improve communications continuously.
* Use audience insight and data to develop communication strategies and approaches.
* Engage with key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are communicated effectively.
* Ensure content compliance with regulatory requirements through regular reviews.
* Manage junior team members, ensuring they meet objectives and develop their skills.
* Drive cultural change through engagement and continuous improvement activities based on feedback.
What will you need to succeed?
* Proven experience in B2B/B2C communications.
* Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly and tailored to the audience.
* Deep understanding of integrated communications strategies and tactics.
* Experience in financial services or similar sectors like Telecoms or Software partnerships.
* Experience in change communications or similar roles is preferable.
* Ability to report on communication strategies using metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
* Proficiency in CMS tools, data tools, media channels, and digital analytics.
