Our client is seeking a Director of Housing Needs to join a passionate and dynamic team to shape the future of housing solutions and ensure the highest level of service for our diverse communities within the borough. 12 Month initial contract £700/800 per day Hybrid working Director of Housing Needs - Key Responsibilities & Skills: Lead the strategic development and delivery of housing needs services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and national housing policies. Identifying areas of improvement and implementing positive change. Manage and oversee the provision of housing support services, including homelessness prevention, allocations, and housing assessments. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local government bodies, housing providers, and third-sector organizations, to influence policy and improve service delivery.
