Since 1975 Baytree Interiors has been retailing their own unique brand of Interior Accessories and Gifts from our shops across Yorkshire and we are coming to Victoria Gate in Leeds with our very own Christmas pop-up store
We are looking for two experienced Retail Store Supervisors to supervise the team and both deliver and implement exceptional customer service standards in line with company expectations, replenish products and merchandise displays on the shop floor.
We are looking for Store Sales Assistants working part-time from 24 to 32 hours a week including weekends and holiday cover for a fixed term contract from the 6th October until the 12th January 2026.
Responsibilities:
* Supervising the team
* Implement Customer service standards in line with company standards.
* Developing knowledge and expertise of products and merchandising plans.
* Replenish products and displays on the shop floor.
* Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
* Keep a timely attendance and awareness of the working schedule.
* Adhere to company procedures relating to security, cash handling and health and safety.
* Be proactive in sharing knowledge in a team environment.
* Be a good representative of Baytree Interiors and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service.
Technical/Desirable skills: Previous Retail knowledge. Product Knowledge and expertise within the retail industry. Interiors and furniture knowledge would be advantageous
Week / weekend work with some lone working.
Hourly rate : up to £12.75 per hour/age dependent.
Job Type: Part-time, hours 24-32 per week. Must work weekends & holiday cover.
