We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group as Property Manager within Intermediate Rents on a fixed term basis for 9 months. You'll be based from our office at Northwick Park in Harrow. This role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance.

The Role
We are seeking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to take the lead in managing a portfolio of key worker homes within our Intermediate Rent team.In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management, ensuring compliance with housing standards, and building strong relationships with tenants and key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts and public sector partners and agents. A core part of your role will be driving and maintaining high occupancy levels—achieved through efficient void management, collaborative working with our marketing and lettings team, and a strong focus on customer service. This is a hands-on position that calls for excellent organisational skills, a solutions-driven mindset, and a commitment to providing safe, well-managed homes for our residents and partners.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure residents comply with tenancy/licence agreements.
* Ensure KPIs are met, including occupancy, estate inspections, and tenancy audits.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including gas safety, PAT testing, legionella checks, and electrical inspections.
* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, including evening and weekend appointments as needed
* Ensure vulnerable residents receive appropriate support and escalate safeguarding concerns.
* Handle complaints and complex housing issues, providing high-quality resolutions.
What we need from you
* An understanding of contracts (tenancies, estate services and maintenance), how terms are applied, implemented, monitored and how breaches are dealt with appropriately
* Private, keyworker, leasing or social housing sector housing management or similar field with associated good practice and legal framework
* Experience of delivering housing management services or a similar field
* Provide timely and high quality written and verbal communication to residents, property owners and other stakeholders.
* Delivery of customer services to a diverse range of customers and with a broad level of service which requires high levels of problem solving skills
* Managing challenging situations and resolving disputes and conflict.
Please note this role requires a full UK driving licence and an enhanced DBS check
