Permanent – Full Time

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

About the Role

In a top FMCG company with an exciting portfolio in the On Trade sector, you will work closely with licensed bars, restaurants, hotels and pubs, contributing to the growth and retention of the customer base within your field territory.


Role Responsibilities

* Grow and retain the existing customer base and sales across the territory.
* Maintain a balanced mix of prospect calls and visits to existing stockists to win customer engagements.
* Utilise all Carlsberg Britvic commercial levers to secure new distribution through contracts.
* Strengthen current relationships and expand the network by identifying new business opportunities.
* Plan and manage the workday to ensure coverage during key trading times.
* Stay passionate about the industry, keeping up to date with trends and news.


Experience and Key Attributes

* Live within the territory and hold a full driving licence.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
* Be ambitious and driven to progress your career within Carlsberg Britvic.
* Be commercially aware – identify and cap­t­alise on sales opportunities, negotiate deals and close transactions.
* Experience in FMCG, retail or a similar environment is beneficial.
* Possess clear verbal and written communication skills to convey information, influence decisions and build rapport.
* Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to prioritise tasks, manage diaries and meet sales targets.
* Adaptable and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
* Proactive problem‑solver with a creative approach to overcoming obstacles.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
