Roles and Responsibilities Maximise machine output and ensure all manufacturing processes operate within their designed specifications. Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvements in manufacturing performance. Provide hands-on engineering and operational support within the production area. Set up machinery to meet product specifications and performance targets. Maintain and calibrate automated inspection systems. Diagnose faults and implement effective corrective actions. Perform routine machine inspections and respond promptly to minor breakdowns. Carry out preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Respond efficiently to major equipment breakdowns, ensuring swift resolution. Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, as well as Food Safety, legal requirements, GMP, and all company policies and procedures. Assemble and prepare sub-components as part of production requirements. Undertake any additional tasks reasonably assigned by the Manager.
