* Lead the development, enhancement, and monitoring of credit risk scorecards - this is the core challenge and focus of the role.
* Generate insightful PD models and analytics to support informed and effective credit decisions.
* Play a key role across the full credit risk lifecycle, ensuring models and processes drive robust and sustainable lending decisions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk, Data, and Finance to shape and optimise credit policies.

1. Proven experience in scorecard development (application, behavioural, or collections).
