You will be joining a highly regarded conveyancing department known for delivering excellent client service and enjoying strong relationships across local and regional markets. The firm has a long-standing presence in the area and is continuing to invest in its people and infrastructure.
The Role Working closely with senior fee earners, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with end-to-end conveyancing transactions
* Preparing legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting searches and liaising with clients, agents and third parties
* Assisting with case progression and file management
* Managing diaries and post-completion requirements
You’ll be given the opportunity to build on your experience and take on more responsibility over time, with clear potential for progression to a fee-earning or more senior support role.
About You To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous experience in a residential conveyancing team (minimum 12 months preferred)
* A strong understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* A professional, client-focused approach
* Enthusiasm to learn, develop, and take your career to the next level
