Business analyst

Job Description

We are scaling fast at Cloud9 and seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the successful design and execution of new processes and systems within the business to enable our smooth growth. There will be the opportunity following a refresh of our own internal systems and processes to work on client projects. You will work closely with all department heads to support the optimisation of our processes and enhance the end-to-end client experience.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves getting under the skin of complex business problems, facilitating workshops, and executing on strategic projects that deliver a business's ability to scale.


What You’ll Be Doing

1. Lead and facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and analysis to gather, document, and prioritise business requirements for improvements in processes and deliver supporting systems.
2. Translate business needs into clearly documented functional documentation, including user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.
3. When required, collaborate with consultants to ensure solutions align with business requirements that are scalable, usable, and cost-effective.
4. Support change request analysis, impact assessments, and solution re-design in collaboration with the delivery team.
