Salesforce Administrator | Up to £45k | On site SW London minimum x2 days p/w
PSN have partnered with a luxury, global real estate firm who are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to their London team to completely own the Salesforce CRM strategy & optimisation.
The Company:

The Role:
* Optimise and oversee operations across the global offices
* Key responsibilities include customer lifecycle management, HR onboarding processes, prospect and lead management, data quality, property portal integration, and commission automation.
* Close collaboration with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure consistent and efficient process adherence.
* Focus on improving CRM data integrity, managing commission workflows, and streamlining new hire training.
* Partner with Marketing to enhance CRM-driven targeting, evaluate lead quality, and optimise the sales funnel for better campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Salesforce CRM:
* Take charge of managing and maintaining the Salesforce CRM, ensuring it is fully optimised to meet the evolving needs of the business.
* Develop and implement Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance the efficiency of various business functions.
* Automation of commission structures.
* Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure Salesforce is effectively utilised throughout the organisation.
* Quickly address and resolve any Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
2. Process Optimisation and Automation:
* Analyse and enhance business processes across the organisation, leveraging technology to boost efficiency and productivity.
* Design workflows and automate processes within key systems (e.g., CRM, HR tools) to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
* Provide training and support to teams in adopting and effectively utilising automated systems and processes.
3. Project Management:
* Lead system-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Human Resources, to align project outcomes with broader business objectives.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
Requirements:
* 1-4+yrs in a CRM Management, preferably within the real estate or luxury sector
* Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes across multiple international locations.
* Advanced proficiency in managing Salesforce CRM or similar platforms is a MUST
* Proven experience in leveraging CRM data to drive strategic decision-making, streamline processes, and improve lead management.
* Strong track record of optimising workflows, automating key business functions, and improving overall operational efficiency.
* Ability to analyse complex data sets, identify operational bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
* Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is a BONUS
