Head of Marketing Science, Quickbooks EMEA
Intuit is seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Marketing Science to lead our team in leveraging data and advanced analytics to optimize marketing performance and drive significant business growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of QuickBooks marketing, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all channels and initiatives.
As the Head of Marketing Science, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts. You will develop and implement cutting-edge methodologies to measure marketing effectiveness, predict customer behavior, and optimize marketing spend. You will be a strategic partner to the marketing leadership team, providing actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
1. Designing and implementing measurement framework and high impact learning agenda to drive increased marketing effectiveness
2. Determine marketing program effectiveness, ROI, and assist with pipeline forecasting
3. Lead the media mixed modeling process—overseeing the transition of MMM from agency to in-house, including model selection, building, training, and actioning outputs with the marketing team
4. Design and implement experiments and tests in collaboration with other marketing scientists and stakeholders to triangulate model impacts and improve learning accuracy
5. Develop and maintain ongoing reporting and programmatic dashboards based on organizational needs and goals
6. Collaborate with marketing leadership, finance, research, product, and data science teams to build marketing KPIs and set goals
7. Assist leadership in prioritizing, evaluating, and understanding the impact of programs, campaigns, and investments
8. Contribute to budget development based on program performance and organizational objectives
9. Implement and manage marketing analytics tools and software as needed
10. Create and oversee marketing dashboards for ongoing and programmatic reporting
11. Communicate marketing performance insights regularly to leadership and cross-functional teams
12. Analyze quantitative data to provide actionable recommendations
13. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in marketing analytics to keep strategies cutting-edge
14. Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership
15. Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing scientists and analysts
