We are seeking a diligent and proactive Company Secretary or Assistant Company Secretary to support a portfolio of fund entities. The role involves facilitating board meetings, maintaining statutory records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will provide governance guidance, assist with filings, and support team initiatives. Ideally, applicants will hold or be working towards an ICSA qualification and have at least two years’ relevant experience. Strong communication, client service, and time management skills are essential. Full training will be provided where required.
