Are you hands-on, practical, and confident working at height or with tools? Looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? This Maintenance Support opportunity offers immediate temporary cover within a well-established manufacturing environment.
As Maintenance Support, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team keeping essential site services and machinery running smoothly.
As Maintenance Support, your responsibilities will include:
Performing maintenance and repairs on air-operated hand tools and power tools
Conducting electrical testing and repairs up to 240v single phase
Maintaining and replacing welding gas cylinder lines, torches, and gauges
Carrying out site services and machinery repairs, including compressors and air pressure lines
Supporting cleaning duties and manual handling operations, including ladder and step work
As Maintenance Support, your experience will include:
Familiarity with site services and facilities maintenance
Previous experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance
Confident use of Outlook and Word
Comfortable working at height and performing manual handling tasks
Understanding of health and safety procedures, especially around water systems and electrical safety
