Concentrix is seeking a detail-driven and organized Bookkeeper & Payroll Clerk to join our Finance team. This hybrid role supports financial accuracy and payroll compliance by maintaining transactional records and ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: -Maintain accurate financial records by recording daily transactions in compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. -Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. -Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of financial reports for internal stakeholders. -Process end-to-end payroll for employees, ensuring timely payments, accurate calculations, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations. -Manage payroll inputs such as timesheets, benefits, bonuses, and deductions in coordination with HR and Operations. -Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits, delivering timely and professional support. -Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports. -Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure alignment with global finance processes and deadlines. Qualifications & Skills: 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll processing, preferably in a shared services or BPO environment. -Good understanding of GAAP, payroll regulations, and statutory compliance. -High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and organizational skills. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
