Front of House Administrator — Godstone | Full time | Monday to Friday
First impressions matter and in this role, you’ll be the friendly, professional face that greets clients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring everyone feels welcome and that operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues and maintain a welcoming reception area
* Keep the reception space organized and ensure meeting rooms are prepared
* Handle calls and emails and support the wider team with admin tasks
* Assist with compliance tasks, including managing sensitive documents and supporting office security and health and safety
* Exercise strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm when the office is busy
Requirements
* Strong communication skills and a professional but approachable manner
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* A valid driving licence is essential for occasional inter-office travel
