Are you a passionate and creative educator with a love for visual arts? We are seeking an enthusiastic Art Teacher to join our dynamic team, delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to students in KS3. This is a full time long term placement starting in January 2026 to continue until the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high quality art lessons aligned with the KS3 curriculum. Develop schemes of work that foster creativity, critical thinking, and technical skill. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to the wider school community through displays, exhibitions, and enrichment activities. Ideal Candidate Will: Hold QTS, a PGCE in Art & Design, or an equivalent teaching qualification. Have an Enhanced Child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through AWS. Be confident in planning and delivering engaging art lessons across KS3 (Years 7-9). Demonstrate a passion for visual arts and the ability to inspire creativity in students. Have experience working in UK schools and knowledge of the national art curriculum.
