BDS Recruitment are looking for a Sheltered Housing Coordintor for a small site in South Watford.
This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP to work 8.5 hours per week over 2 days (flexible).
Pay rate- £15.96 paye per hour.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme.
* Log information.
* Signpost.
* Conduct health and safety checks of the building.
* Report and arrange repairs.
Qualifications
* You must hold an Enhanced DBS check dated in the last 12 months or on the update service.
* Previous experience working with older adults or vulnerbale adults.
* Solid IT skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
