What the role entails: Grow and manage existing client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement. I dentify and develop new banking clients to expand EXL’s footprint in the UK market. Drive business growth and revenue expansion through consultative selling and strategic client engagement. Work closely with internal teams to align EXL’s data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation solutions with client needs. Own and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and ensuring a smooth transition to delivery teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with key banking stakeholders (CDOs, CROs, COOs, CTOs, CIOs, Customer Service Directors). Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to position EXL effectively. Experience and background required: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within Banking or Financial Services. Track record of growing existing accounts and securing new business opportunities. Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify client needs and match them with EXL’s solutions. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within banking and financial institutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 10 years of experience in sales, business growth, or account management.
