LHH is delighted to partner with Stirling Council as they seek an HR Business Partner to join their team. Our People services are key in supporting the organisation and its people. We aim to build services that ensure a People function with the resources and talent to meet the council’s aims and ambitions. Our priorities include driving best practices, delivering on the Scottish Fair Work framework, and developing innovative practices to support Stirling’s communities.
As HR Business Partner, you will be the primary HR contact, providing professional advice and guidance to your service area. This includes supporting line managers in case management processes such as attendance, disciplinary actions, grievances, hearings, and employment tribunals. You will establish effective working relationships and understand business needs to identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
We seek an experienced HR professional with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and extensive experience in a generalist HR role. You should possess strong communication and consultation skills, capable of engaging with senior managers, trade unions, and colleagues. Candidates should be CIPD Associate Level 7, working towards Chartered Membership.
