We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Administration Team Leader to join our growing Project EV division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by both people development and performance.

You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Administrators, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving KPI targets. Acting as the operational heartbeat of the team, you’ll balance hands‑on support with strategic oversight, driving performance, continuous improvement, and a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Administrators
* Set and track KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
* Coach team members through training, feedback, and development plans
* Manage customer escalations with professionalism and care
* Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Produce and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance
* Maintain strong industry and product knowledge within the renewables sector
* Proven experience leading or supervising a sales, customer service, or contact‑centre team
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* Confident people leader with excellent coaching and development skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Highly organised with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems
* Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous
* Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
* Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
* Hands‑on approach with the willingness to support the team when needed
