RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTION & ENFORCEMENT MANAGER Mobilisation and implementation of a new third party environmental enforcement contract Overseeing the management of the council's car parking strategy and service to achieve income generation targets and supporting the Parking Services Manager to implement key strategic objectives. SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PUBLIC PROTECTION & ENFORCEMENT MANAGER Ability to lead, manage, motivate and empower teams. Significant problem solving skills. Experience of working at all levels across an organisation and with partner organisations Contract Management experience: from cold start to implementation and embedding.
